  • Cache storage: Stores translation models locally for offline use
  • Browser storage: Optional translation history (stored locally only)

3. No Tracking or Analytics

PrivTranslate does NOT use: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. We don't track your browsing behavior, clicks, or translations.

4. Browser Storage

We use your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB for: Caching translation models (initial load only), storing optional translation history, and saving language preferences. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Third-Party Cookies

PrivTranslate does not set third-party cookies. Translation models are loaded once from a CDN (Content Delivery Network) for caching purposes only. No data is sent to external services during translation.

6. Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent PrivTranslate from functioning properly. Local storage can be cleared through browser developer tools or settings.
